Cancel without notice
All appointments require a minimum of 48-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to the current scheduled appointment. Should you decide to receive a different service upon arrival, without notice, you will be charged for the original scheduled service. Failure to provide the required notice for a cancelation will result in a 50% charge, which will be deducted from the card on file at the time of the notice. Please note that cancellations made on the same day as the appointment will be considered a No-Show.
No-Show
While no-shows are infrequent, they significantly impact the financial stability of my business, which supports my family. I have implemented confirmation systems to remind you of your upcoming appointments. In the event of a no-show on more than one occasion, you will forfeit the privilege of booking future appointments. Please understand that my no-show terms are non-negotiable. I do, however, consider extenuating circumstances such as hospitalizations or true emergencies.
For any instance of a no-call/no-show, a fee equal to 50% of the missed service total will be charged. This fee will be deducted from the card on file on the same day.
Late Arrivals
In order to maintain punctuality and uphold the experience of all my valued guests, I kindly request your adherence to the following appointment policy:
To ensure efficient scheduling and to respect the time of other guests, I have implemented a 10-minute grace period for all scheduled appointments. Please be mindful that exceeding this grace period may necessitate rescheduling, and a cancellation fee of 50% will be applicable.

Adjustment/ Redo
To ensure utmost client satisfaction, I would like to clarify my service policy regarding "change of mind" re-do requests. While I do not offer such a service, I am committed to addressing any concerns and ensuring that every client is completely content with their experience.
To facilitate this, I have implemented a 7-day adjustment policy. Should you have any reservations or issues with your service, kindly reach out to me within seven days from your original appointment date. I will gladly resolve any concerns at no additional cost to you.

REFUNDS
As part of our business policy, we would like to inform you that we do not provide refunds for any products or services rendered. This policy applies to all purchases made.

EXTENSIONS
At my salon, I have a wide range of extension brands and installation methods available to accommodate various hair types and individual hair goals. I take pride in customizing each extension installation to meet your specific needs, as there is no "one size fits all" approach when it comes to extensions.
If you have a preference for a specific extension brand, kindly message me with all the relevant details, and I will do my best to fulfill your request. However, please note that I cannot guarantee the availability of a particular brand for every situation.
